@Citibank My rent is on autopay. One month you randomly sent it to the wrong person and address, a clear error. Landlord never received it, receiver deposited it. You have a pic of the check! You do not need a notorized affadavit for this! Reimburse me now! @NewYorkStateAG

@Citibank what is going with your online service. Attempted to open checking/savings account for a client, 3 different browsers keeps coming up an error. Customer service says nothing is wrong. Just tried again on phone….error.

@Citi - We recently had an incident involving your employee, @MalkanMayank , at our property. The guest reported a marijuana odor in their room and requested a full refund. Our team promptly investigated and found no evidence of any odor or issue. When this was communicated, our employee was subjected to verbal abuse, creating an unsafe and unacceptable situation for our staff. Due to the escalation, local authorities were called to the property. Upon their review, no odor or violation was identified. The guest was subsequently asked to leave. We maintain records of communication and incident details, and all statements above are based on documented facts. As a small Memphis-based business, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. We will not tolerate harassment of our employees or attempts to obtain services under false pretenses. Respect for our team is non-negotiable. Our respect for Citi has significantly decreased after this incident and our businesses have stopped using Citi for anything going forward. Hopefully you can do something here. We are pretty sure this employee is probably creating more harm then good at your workplace. Hope you do something about it. Please reach out to us if you need records of the communication with the guest or a copy of the police report that was filed.

@Citibank customer Service is absolutely the worst. They take money from your account and then “hold the funds” for 10 days and not allow payments to go through despite removing the funds from your bank account. They hang up on you when you called to complain.Worst ever!

@FBIDirectorKash @Citibank I bank with Citi Bank and on March 28th 2026 I attempted to Zelle a friend $217. I accidentally sent it to a unknown person. I called Citi Bank and they told me it was like giving someone cash and the likely of retrieving my money would be Slim to none

@AskCiti Booked flights on American Airlines, got prompted to apply for the Citi AAdvantage credit card, got approved… and now I can’t even use it to pay for the reservation on hold. No card number, no option to charge it. Now we’re stuck waiting while the price clock runs.

@AmericanAir @Citi Tried booking flights, got prompted to apply for the AAdvantage card mid-checkout. Approved instantly… but now stuck waiting and can’t complete the ticket purchase. Not a great customer experience.

@Citibank @aairwaves friends I am warning you to stay clear of Citibank AAadvantage Mastercard. I paid my balance in full, and received confirmation of a zero balance a month later they are charging me interested saying it wasn’t calculated very shady,scam avoid.
