I bought these two pairs of pants from @LandsEnd on the same order. I ordered both to have a 30 inch inseam. Clearly, the inseam on the right is longer, and I will need to have them hemmed. I am not happy, particularly because returns are not free. 😬

@asklandsend Once upon a time your items were quality made & your customer service was good too. Not anymore. The backpack I bought my son hasn’t even lasted a full school year & the customer service “live text” wasn’t at all helpful. Disappointing. 😕

@AskLandsEnd @Suzanne47 Just order some pants, your expedited shipping was $29 for 1-2 day. After I ordered paid for it and ONLY after I press submit, It changes to 3-5 days. That’s a total BS scam. Very disappointing, even if I like the pants I can’t deal with Bait n Switch organizations. 🖕

Hey @LandsEnd — I bought a backpack 4 months ago for my 9-year-old son and the zipper already broke. Customer service told me I’m 1 month past the return window and there’s “nothing they can do.” That’s disappointing. I expected better quality & service.
