@mandm I placed an order, immediately realised it had the wrong address (I don’t live there any more) but I cannot amend/cancel. I also can’t pick it up to return it. I placed this order 6:52am, it’s now 7:10am… please can you help cancel before it’s fully processed. Thanks

@mandm where is my order. why do you charge extra for next day delivery when clearly have no control over royal mail. It's been over 48 hours since my "next day delivery" and it's not even at my local post office so I've paid £8 for 3 day delivery if it arrives tomorrow. Refundme
