@susnuout Hi there, My apologies but if you are looking to reorder a card as damaged you need to do this on the open24 website. If you click other services and do more there will be an option to reorder the card as damaged. Thanks, AAD

@askpermanenttsb website says for replacement of damaged card go to app and select other services from left hand side, other services does not exist on the app
