Proud of our team’s work on this important topic! @yousafzafar10 @aamerahmad97 Mihir Prakash Shah, Hamza Asif, Muhammad Waqar Elahi, Muhammad Safwan, and Asmad Khan.

Our meta-analysis shows MMF achieves higher biochemical remission than AZA in AIH, with comparable safety. MMF may be a viable first-line alternative.   🔮Future Directions: Long-term outcomes of MMF Large RCTs in treatment-naïve AIH Special groups: pregnancy, overlap syndromes
