On Feb 15, 2014 the following Herbalife expose was approved to run in the China Business Journal. After being contacted for comment, $HLF had a senior official in the CCP contact the editor at CBJ and the expose was spiked two hours before going to press.

I actually have a copy of the article that was set to run in the China Business Journal on Feb 15, 2014 about $HLF breaking anti-MLM laws in China. The article was killed hours before publication when the editor got a call from a gov’t authority ordering him not to publish it.
