MOCA 7 Negotiation Meeting #9: asmofq.org.au/f/moca-7-negot…

The QIRC has recommended that the DG urgently take all necessary steps to ensure that there is an approved Bargaining Framework for MOCA 7. We will have a report back conference on Thursday 29 May, and our next MOCA 7 meeting with QH will be on Monday 26 May.

•⁠ ⁠written responses to the items discussed so far; and •⁠ ⁠an undertaking that doctors will not suffer disadvantage if in-principle agreement is not reached by the end of July 2025

Today, ASMOFQ attended a bargaining dispute in the QIRC regarding MOCA 7 negotiations. ASMOFQ had written to the DG earlier seeking: •⁠ ⁠⁠no reduction in entitlements; •⁠ ⁠approval of a bargaining framework; •⁠ ⁠genuine consideration of both cost and non-cost claims
