The Oracle Eirunna Ion the Starweaver and her loyal attendant, Selai Dawn. Can you see the dynamic i'm going for

her edicts are carefully controlled by her staff. they are a filter between her ramblings and a continent that has turned their idea of her into a religion that's lasted for centuries. she is a bit of a foil to Queen Grimmhyldr, who loathes her. Oracle barely knows she exists

yea she's pretty and loving but i really want to lean into how unsettling she is. she's like a girl playing with dolls but the dolls are actual people. entire wars have happened without her noticing. a ladybug or human life have equal importance. she doesnt understand the economy

don't have a name for her yet, but here's the Oracle, a Moonstone Dragon. a placid, ethereal woman with one foot on this plane, she's both unbothered and amused by the goings-on of daily life. dotes on her attendants as if they were her hatchlings
