I did not crack it. As you can see we opened it and it was already cracked. This is ridiculous @SamsungUK @Samsung

The customer solutions advised I speak with E-Store. They are now saying as its passed 14 days they cannot issue a refund as I haven't been in touch with them, they are not liable to fix the monitor after 72hrs. I have been dealing with this since 26th Nov Extremely frustrated.

A cracked screen is not under warranty according to the repair service dept. I will have to pay 90% of the original cost and @samsung state that they cannt deal witb it i have to speak with the E-store who are stating I had 72hrs. This is crazy

I cannot believe I am still struggling to get a repair from @Samsung @SamsungUK. Nothing has been done. This has been the worst experience and my son is still deflated not being able to use his birthday gift. Completely ruined his 13th Birthday

Cannot believe I bought a Monitor for my sons birthday from @SamsungUK, because I did not open it/ report the cracked screen within 72hrs they will not fix/exchange or refund it. I have never felt the need to open gift prior. You can see there is no Damage to the box @SamsungUK.

@alake_writes my son came home from hearing you speak today & he was absolutely beaming. He isnt a keen reader but is very eager for me to purchase your book. Such a shame I underestimated his experience or I would've purchased a copy. Thank you for egniting a something in him.
