Radiologist assistants in Georgia are now licensed! On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Gov. Brian Kemp signed HB 571 into law. ASRT is honored to have collaborated with Georgia Society of Radiologic Technologists, the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and other organizational partners in this effort. Special congratulations to Dave Hardwick, ASRT Georgia ambassador for RT advocacy, and James Reaves, ASRT secretary-elect, for their hard work.
