I spend more minutes on hold with @Chase Ultimate Rewards customer service than I do with talking on my phone to ALL OTHER NUMBERS. I'm starting to think a 20% bump in rewards points might not be worth it.

I wish the actual email I got from my bank had the same quality UX/copy as the phishing emails I get from "my bank". A banking email with a discernible purpose and a clear next step is almost certainly fake.
