#nofap Does anyone have good ways to deal with cascading failures/slip ups? I've been embarrassed to admit the last couple days, I ended up relapsing. And since then I've been having trouble locking in fully. Looking at stuff, tempting fate, I guess it's just a mentality thing

#nofap can feel impossible at times, but I'm proud of everyone who perseveres. Yesterday was full of stumbles, temptations, slip ups. I dealt with some troubles, oomfies slipped up, but one of the most important things is picking yourself up and moving forward no matter what

I'm very hopelessly addicted to my phone, I am so tired and I need to shut my eyes, but scrolling and notifications are designed to really force those feel good chemicals. It's hard to force myself to quit
