Last week, our Village community came together to honor the memory of the over one million lives lost during the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Together, we renewed our commitment to preserving the stories of survivors and to always uniting against hate. #Kwibuka32

Happy #EarthDay! At ASYV, our students lean how they can help build a more sustainable world. That includes learning about sustainable agriculture on the ASYV farm, where we grow 80% of the fruits and vegetables and produce the milk and eggs our students eat. #OurPowerOurPlanet

All it takes is a little imagination! #CreativeWriting. ASYV students and hundreds of young writers from other schools gathered in the Village for a special creative writing workshop—facilitated by author and illustrator of “My Father’s Mysterious Glasses,” @mwizerwaemma12.
