This is the direct result of 'family loyalty over merit.' When we appoint individuals based on party ties or lineage rather than professional qualifications, we can’t be surprised by this much failure. We are rewarding poor performance with high pay, and it’s leaving Uganda in a mess overtime. In the end, it’s the taxpayer who funds the failure and carries the burden. We deserve better as Ugandans!!!
