First time working out with a PT it was awful I hated it my arms are jello my legs are jello whose idea was this I blame @irys_en

@ceciliaimgreen Would always listen to immerchef yapping and cooking sounds. Very comfy and relaxing. Bgw I also hate cleaning up after everything is done so I started to clean as much as I can while cooking. Made mentally a difference for me even if it's not less work.

@Brezals @ceciliaimgreen That's sad. Those children are maybe not accustomed to that and eat probably a lot of junk or rather their parents/environment let healthy parts of a meal slide. I'm glad that my friends and family have taught their children the joy of a balanced diet.
