So my massi was talking to my mom and said she’s planning to come here. My mom replied, “Bazil soubs chu Neet, wa yekh sedue mubaraks baeki raeti”. Wallahi, that hit me harder than it should have. I wanted to say something… but I just stayed quiet. Expectations sucks!
