@Arrogance_0024 Because the US was attacked in 9/11 so they invoked article 5 and asked NATO to help defend them. NATO is a defensive arrangement so allies agreed given the US was directly attacked first. This situation is very different. The US bombed Iran. This is not self defence.

Why did NATO allies follow Bush in Iraq but refuse to follow Trump in Iran? What exactly has changed? What is the "problem" now? Or should I rather say: WHO is the problem??

YOU are the one conflating the two separate things - support for the US in Iran (Trump wants via NATO and isnt getting it as it's not in its remit) and support for Ukraine which isn't in NATO but individual countries have supported Ukraine.
