There was probably reason to block at something I did to it back when I was 20, but as most 20 y/o do the plod on. There was the meniscal tear 10 or so years back that cortisone kept at Bay 1/2.

@AnnKSnyder @Mimi_Dionne @piewords all went well with the drain an fill. Not unfamiliar with needles to all sorts of body parts. Will give it a month and see how it works. If good then perhaps a semi annual routine, if not scope time for a clean out.

There is a human being at the other end of this Twitter account. I don't get why so many companies, associations, etc. are so "Tweet-at-y" rather than at least trying to engage with people. Sheesh.
