What a fucking couple of months. We had a beautiful baby girl called Ella on the 3rd May 2025. She thank god survived Neonatal Sepsis and is thriving 😊. Baby and mummy healthy now 😮‍💨 For 6 weeks prior to that I had convinced myself I had colon or prostate cancer or both. Kept thinking shit I’ve got a new baby coming and 2 amazing young boys and the best wife.. Terrible stomach cramps every day, swollen prostate and needing to pee every 5 minutes. Something was far from normal. So just before baby was born I had prostate exams, scans and a colonoscopy and biopsy. All clear 🙏 So why was it happening… My hair fell out after hemorrhagic dengue last year. I was advised to take Saw Palmetto and Biotin to help it grow back. With more research its primary use is to help guys with enlarged prostates…problem is if you don’t have prostate issues it can cause them. Stopped Saw Palmetto - prostate back to normal. Part of the colonoscopy prep I had to drink Magnesium Citrate to flush myself. After the colonoscopy I still had terrible stomach pains. On my bedside I had my tub of Ultima electrolytes I drink. Took a closer look 👀 number one ingredient none other than Magnesium Citrate. Stopped my electrolytes- no more stomach pains. I can’t tell you how much all that fookery played with my mind. They can stick their vitamins up their arse. 😊
