Getting feedback from my community is fun NGL😹 I asked "proof of grinding" and they started showing me cold DMs and called them pitches. Do cold DMs still work? Well, yh but there are circumstances that reduces it's effectiveness. I taught my boys how to get replies using the value method then picked two peeps out of the class to privately submit two DMs per day. What was the result? Day 1; cold DMs aired.. My response? Nothing. Day 2; cold DMs aired.. My response? Nothing. Day 3; cold DMs aired.. My response? VN😹...very long ones. And that's how it changed. People who don't get replies at all have gotten replies from over 4 Devs each in 3 days of grinding. One of them got paid twice in two days even without bagging the gig yet. The other is in a community of "6 admins working on trial" and without a tag, Dev is gonna detag all and hire him to lead instead without him doing trial😹 Can we call that progress? Let's not even talk about y'all doing trials!😕🫵🏽 Well, post notification on cause I'll be quoting what made the real change and the kind of contributions that make your DMs a "must read".
