@JCaporoso Parcells' rationale was since he had to give up so many picks to the Patriots to be released from his contract, per the commissioner's ruling, and since Manning wasn't coming out anyway, he would try and recoup some of the picks.... But, yes, he totally got fleeced by the Rams!

@the_joe_marotta I think Hogan was upset about the cheers for Flair in Sept. / Oct. just like he was upset about the cheers for Undertaker at Survivor Series, just like he was upset about the cheers for Sid at the Rumble, and he knew he needed to get away for a bit to rejuvenate his character.
