Ferrari has just officially unveiled its first ever all-electric car, called the Ferrari Luce. • Starting price: $640,000 • Interior co-designed with Apple's former head of design, Jony Ive • Range: 280 miles (expected EPA) • Peak charging speed: 350kW • 122 kWh battery • 1,050 horsepower • 0-60mph: 2.4s • 800v • Four-door four-seater • Four electric motors • OLED screens • Weight: 4,982 lbs • Front motors spin to 30,000 rpm, rears hit 25,500 rpm • Car uses an accelerometer to capture real vibrations from the electric motors & rear chassis. An algorithm filters out unpleasant frequencies and amplifies only the more “musical” sounds. This can be heard inside and outside the car. • Paddle shifter on steering wheel changes how aggressively torque is delivered, with five different levels • The trunk has 21.1 cubic feet of space, the largest luggage capacity the company has ever offered • 197.6 inches long, about as long as a Tesla Model S U.S. deliveries start in Q2 2027. This is where the “tax the rich” crowd lose me. Say I earn 90k a year and in 2027 I inherit $200,000 I invest that $200k and after 10 years in the stock market it’s now worth $400k If I sell it and realise the $200k capital gain, what the govt and the “tax the rich” crowd are saying is that I should be taxed as if I make $290k every year. Now if I try and split that CGT income across 2 people I’m “greedy” and avoiding tax But if I sell down in 4x $100k lots over 4 years and minimise my tax, that’s ok and nobody bats an eyelid - but it’s the same principle.

Even Senate Republicans can’t stomach the nearly $1.8 billion slush fund for criminals created by Todd Blanche. Mark my words, @DAGToddBlanche will lose his law license. November is coming.

As usual, not trying to convince anybody of anything, just thinking out loud. I've been thinking for several months now that the big moves likely have to do with inventory. What I mean by that is big players and their ability to make the market. If they run out of shares, they will need to get inventory. If the liquidity needs are low, they might just move the price to $22.50 like they did today, get a bunch of options traders to move off their positions, and thus, get volume to fulfill obligations they have coming due. If that doesn't work, move to a new strike. But what happens when you need really big inventory, much more than you were prepared for. Well, you can try a mark down, flush out some paper hands. But what if somebody buys on you there? Now you need the bag you were searching for plus more. So you switch it up and mark up. Way up. That, I feel, happened between December 2020 and January 2021 as shown by the first arrow. Q3 Earnings 2020 in December was really important. The company file an S3 indicating they were preparing to issue shares to raise capital. The stock immediately marked down 25% and volume dropped off. But instead of a share offering, Ryan Cohen bought huge. Q4 Earnings 2024 in March saw a somewhat similar situation. The stock initially moved up on volume but then crumpled in a dramatic mark down into low volume. Keith Gill, I must assume, bought huge. So I've been looking for a situation where: 1. Stock is marked down initially on high volume. 2. Volume craters. 3. Buy pressure shows up. We have now had conditions 1 and 2. The eBay announcement and Proxy were the mark down event on big volume. Now we have just 2.8 million volume today. If somebody wants inventory but instead finds buyers what happens next?

Acting AG Todd Blanche on $1.776 billion compensation fund: I do not think the American people have issues with that. To the contrary, I think they do want their tax dollars spent on things like that.
