The @GABF silver that @atticbrewco won for its superb brown ale this weekend is the first medal by a brewery operating inside Philadelphia since 2017. An outstanding achievement in the Germantown brewery's first year!

@boutell Hey Tom, we don't filter any of our beer, even the clear and bright ones. We haven't heard of filtered beers having less gluten, but never researched it either...most of the time when beers get filtered, it filters out any yeast left in suspension, not necessarily the gluten.

@AtticBrewing hey peeps, can you tell me which of your beers are filtered versus which are not so filtered? I gather that filtered beers tend to be lower in gluten but I understand it's not 100%. Thank you!
