Former Dallas Stars 2004 draft pick Ray Sawada reportedly had a heart attack playing rec league hockey. Sawada played portions of 3 seasons with AHL Texas and had 11 appearances in the NHL before moving on from the organization. After retiring, he became a firefighter.
