@InfantaSusana We'd like to further clarify. The Standard membership is not a credit earning plan. Instead of credits, you get a monthly selection. You can learn more about the Standard membership here: adbl.co/4n6JH3I.

@audibleuk That is precisely my point, I have not received any credits despite being entitled to them. I will have no option but to escalate the matter as a formal legal dispute, as this may constitute misleading or fraudulent advertising under UK consumer law

@Jinxy77 Jinxy, as you mentioned in your initial post that the titles are showing full price, we mentioned the 'special cart' to ensure that you are not attempting to check out with the usual cart - as this may show the titles as full priced. We do not have visibility of your end.

@Jinxy77 @Jinxy77 We apologize, on our end, it showed the sale as ended. Each audiobook on sale will have the option to select it as part of the offer. This adds the titles to a "special" shopping cart that you will see directly on the page while selecting your audiobooks.
