After two and a half years of @BritishGas trying to sue me for money I didn’t owe I’m really looking forward to switching supply to @ScottishPower so I can finally have a hot shower.
@BritishGas keep surprising me. Destroyed my credit rating for money they admitted I don’t owe them. But now take no action to resolve the issue and try to sue me again for money they have admitted I don’t owe them.
@BritishGas@ScottishPower Is the number of people who have complained and been told that they should just shut up and pay ££££ of pounds for energy they didn’t buy really that large. I’ll give you a clue, My phone number starts double zero ….

Anyone else had @BritishGas@BritishGasHelp force them to try to pay either 100’sk or 8k in gas because they wrongly assumed your meter had gone round the clock???

Anyone else had @BritishGas@BritishGasHelp hang up on them and not call them back repeatedly for two and half years because they thought your telephone number started ‘double 0’, if I had a licence to kill they would top of the list ffs.

Has anyone else spent two and half years having cold showers and been threatened with legal action for using gas that they have quite clearly not and only been contacted by @BritishGas because they complain in a public forum.
@EnergyOmbudsman whilst you have totally failed to protect consumers from the fraudulent and incompetent actions of @BritishGas you are my last hope. May you please be slightly more active in your role of protecting British consumers.
