we ran the very first workshop for D2C founders this week. 75 brand owners joined. 60 minutes of pure value. zero fluff. we taught them how to: → connect a Shopify store to Claude Code in ~10 minutes → generate a lifestyle product image using AI → push that image to Shopify via CLI → run an SEO audit on their entire store with one command nobody left. the honest take: it's still 16 steps. it still requires a CLI. it's still technical. but once it's set up? → your store runs at 2 am generating new content → your images update automatically before a campaign → your SEO fixes happen overnight more tools is not the same as more outcomes. but these tools are finally pointing somewhere real.
