@astoundconnects Why are you offering new customers a lifetime rate that is almost $100 per month LESS than what I've been paying for years? I pay more for a slower service. Are you trying to get existing customers to switch to a different provider?

@astoundconnects @CindyH75458 I had them for 8 years. While the price steadily increased and was never compensated for outages unless I called. Getting anything from them is like blood from a stone. And then they bill a full month for an apartment I was no longer physically in. They totally suck.
