#MeetTheTeam Dr Waiel Bashari is an Honorary Consultant Endocrinologist. His work includes research on the optimisation of molecular imaging using 11C-methionine PET for detecting pituitary adenomas. He also has experience in functional/molecular imaging of the adrenal glands.

#MeetTheTeam August Palma is an endocrine research/specialist nurse with particular interest in pituitary and adrenal conditions. He has played an essential role in several trials on primary aldosteronism, AVP-deficiency and functional imaging in pituitary adenomas.

#MeetTheTeam Dr James MacFarlane is an Academic Clinical Fellow in endocrinology. His work includes research on the pathological, radiomic and genomic aspects of non-functioning pituitary adenomas. He is currently pursuing a PhD on the multi-omic approach to adrenal tumours.
