1 day.
Yesterday, Mailient was still an idea living on my laptop.
Now there are payments, onboarding, a launch video and real people waiting.
Tomorrow, strangers get access.
No more simulations.
Let's see what happens.

2 days. For months, Mailient has been a conversation between me and my laptop. In 48 hours, it becomes a conversation with the world. Let's see what happens.

it's basically cursor for code. it's Airbnb for tables. you can kind of think of it like Datadog for cats. the analogy we've been using is OpenClaw for people who need to sneeze. we're raising $50m on LinkedIn for snacks. we're opening our friends & family round for Foursquare for suitcase manufacturers. AI is starting to disrupt Spotify for water bottles. we've gotten significant traction on Apple for napkins. have i told you about my Apple for napkins idea. you should invest in apple for napkins. buy stock in Apple for napkins

@Layton_Gott Can't wait for it to debug stuff I bugged with Opus 4.6 lol

@august_yamane You don't need to, in my opinion. AI is advancing so fast. And if these benchmarks hold up once Mythos launches, it'll be able to code better than basically every human.

2 days ago some people gave me some crazy advice...
To learn how to manually code.
I said by the time I do, AI will code better than all humans.
2 days later Claude Mythos preview benchmarks dropped. It's going to be insane.
We're not coders anymore. We're system prompters, designers, and the logical thinkers guiding AI.
And who knows how long that'll even last for at this rate.

Yesterday I was playing cricket, sprinting like crazy to stop a boundary.
Slipped. Hit the ground hard. gotta slide in the mud for 10 minutes.
Now I’ve got a plaster on my leg and can barely walk.
Most people would pause.
“Take rest.”
“Recover first.”
Yeah… not happening.
Because while my leg is injured,
My goals aren’t.
So now it’s just me, my laptop, and a deadline.
No distractions. No excuses.
Every hour I would’ve spent outside → now goes into building.
Every bit of energy → into shipping.
This app is launching.
With or without a working leg.
Watch me Build.

Those people didn't have the skill or agency to do it at 15
Loïc@Fremond_
Every single one of you sick degenerates is responsible for this. No 15 year old should be like this. No 15 year old should be a founder, should be trying to move to SF, should be raising VC. This is sick and perverse and it’s not his fault but the failure of the adults around him.

People have no sense of scale here
One burger is equivalent to ~125 000 text LLM prompts!
Tride@TriDeapthBear
I like the "agriculture uses way more water than ai" argument because it implies that asking grok to put someone in a bikini is just as important as literally eating food
