@sleepingfondly Or if you’re planning on building muscle, depends on what muscle you’re focusing on as well. I might suggest you do lat pulldown (and it will have more variation depending on its grips), triceps pushdown, horizontal leg press. There’s a lot of good YT vids about beginner stuff!

@sleepingfondly I’m no personal trainer in any way but I think the simplest way is to do free-weight exercises (eg with the use of dumbbell or barbell), it would come back to your purpose of training tbh! If it’s weight loss, you need to focus more on cardio with treadmill for the example

I’m not even fucking trolling, this is the greatest who done it mystery ever. I cried because of talking sheeps. I laughed because of talking sheeps. A movie about talking sheeps solving a murder mystery has just taken over my top 5 films of the year. This is one of the best hidden gems of the year, holy shit lmfaooo
