@IKEAIndia As per rules, no brand, retailer or shopkeeper can charge consumers for plastic/paper/cloth carry bag that have their logo. Rule 15 of the Plastic Waste Management (Amended) Rules, 2018,Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Is this true ?? @IKEAIndia
