Recent BTC price action has pretty much killed the digital gold, debasement trade narrative.
Binance on 10/10 have lost Tradfi’s trust and until such issues are solved, you won’t see huge amounts of capital rushing in.
While I think we are due for a bounce, as I said this a before, it’s time to look elsewhere for better asymmetric risk.
I still have small exposure... why? Leaving crypto straightaway feels like breaking up with a toxic ex girlfriend. Needs to be done slowly.

Watch out, #lithium world - #BESS is now gunning for 8-hour systems! Last month we saw the 50MW/400MWh Limondale project in NSW Australia commissioned, built with 144 $TSLA Megapacks. It was installed next to an existing 249MW #solar farm (see first pic). In 2026 we will see the Tumbleweed project in Kern County, California with 69MW/552MWh come online. And a new monster project, again in California, is now being processed - Capstone Infrastructure and Eurowind Energy have applied to build a 400MW / 3.2GWh BESS in Alameda County (see second pic). So it's clear. Long-duration energy storage demand can be met with lithium batteries. It is not the sole domain of #vanadium redox flow and pumped storage, which suffer from high costs, low global capacity, and energy efficiency issues (10-30% energy losses vs lithium's 2-5%). This year the world is on track to install 325GWh of BESS, which would consume 240kt LCE, which is 15% of 2025's lithium demand. This alone is not trivial, and consider that BESS is now growing at 60% YoY, and next year is likely to achieve similarly high growth rates (see third pic). This market is likely to quintuple to 1.5TWh by 2030, or a 36% CAGR over this period.

FSD V14.1 Spends 20 Minutes Looking For Parking Spot at Costco This video is sped up 35x once we get hunting for a spot and during that time the car pulls of some really inellegent moves while searching. We did not once pass any empty available spots, the only issue is we didn't go deeper into the parking lot to search and we didn't sit and wait for people who are unloading their carts. I will post the longer narrated copy of this in a bit - but this honestly is incredible... the other thing worth noting is during the entire 20 minutes we searched for a spot not ONCE did a human driver or pedestrian look at the car and question what it was doing, we fit in the entire time very naturally.
