Sometimes God has to strip away certain people, habits, comforts, and distractions before He can elevate you. Not everything you lose is punishment-some things are removed because they can't follow you into your next season. Being stripped hurts, but so does staying attached to what's keeping you from growing. Trust what God is removing.
