If you can really dial in what’s best for you, your body type, your work, your family, and stay consistent with it, everything changes. Health isn’t just physical, it’s the foundation for how you lead, think, and connect. When your body runs optimally, every part of life compounds, your fitness, your business, and your relationships.

The easiest way I explain microdosing is with the mushroom analogy. If you eat a bunch of mushrooms, you’re going to feel the full effect and maybe see purple elephants. But if you microdose them in small amounts, you can get incredible benefits without the same level of side effects. Peptides work similarly. Small doses are often enough to get the upside without pushing into the downside. One of our core product categories at Kora MD will be microdosing. GLP-1s and peptides have substantial benefits and aren’t just for people looking to drop a bunch of weight.  Join the waitlist now: koramd.com

The reason I’m so bullish on peptides is how they work. A peptide is essentially a short chain of amino acids that your body already produces. Instead of forcing your body to do something with a synthetic input, peptides signal your body to produce more of what it’s supposed to be making anyway. That’s why you can often get benefits without a bunch of downsides or side effects. Kora MD is launching soon. Join the waitlist below

Visualization is powerful, but identity isn’t built by thinking, it’s built by evidence. If your actions don’t support the story, your subconscious won’t buy it.

A lot of people hit 40 and assume the aches are just a part of aging… The tight back, the sore knees, the stiff hips in the morning. But often it’s not age, but rather inflammation. Chronic inflammation quietly drives pain, fatigue, and a long list of downstream problems. Reduce the inflammation, and many of those “age-related” issues start disappearing.

This brand grew 10X from 2019 to 2023 (and it’s 110 years old) In 2019, Stanley, a company founded in 1913, did $73 million in revenue selling vacuum-insulated flasks to construction workers and campers. By 2023, it did $750 million. Nothing about the product fundamentally changed, but the customer did. William Stanley Jr. patented the all-steel vacuum bottle in 1913. But for over a century, the brand aimed squarely at men doing physical work outdoors. The iconic green bottle became a fixture on job sites. It was durable, functional, and almost entirely invisible to half the population. In 2016, Stanley launched a new product called the Quencher: a 40-ounce insulated tumbler with a handle and a tapered base that fit in a car cup holder. It was designed for hydration on the go. But nobody paid much attention, and sales were so weak that by 2019, Stanley had stopped restocking it. That same year, three women, Linley Hutchinson, Ashlee LeSueur, and Taylor Cannon, ran a shoppable blog and Instagram account called The Buy Guide, which they had founded in 2017. They had been recommending the Quencher to their followers for two years. When Stanley stopped restocking, they reached out to make a case for the product. Stanley's response was not a marketing partnership. They offered the women a wholesale order. LeSueur later said it felt like signing a mortgage, it took every dollar in their business account plus personal funds. They bought 5,000 cups, set up a website and a warehouse, and sold out in days. In 2020, Stanley hired Terence Reilly as president. Reilly had spent seven years at Crocs, turning rubber clogs into a cultural phenomenon. He leaned into new colors, limited-edition drops, and collaborations. He targeted women aged 25 to 50, a demographic Stanley had spent a century ignoring. TikTok did the rest. The #StanleyTumbler hashtag accumulated billions of views. Revenue went from $73 million in 2019 to $750 million in 2023. It was the same factory, same basic product, with a new customer, new color, new culture.

Sleep is one of the most important things we do in life… If you treat it as “recovery,” it feels optional. When you treat it as infrastructure, it becomes non-negotiable.

Tessamorelin is a good example of how peptides differ from synthetic drugs. Instead of injecting synthetic HGH, which is expensive and not natural to the body, Tesamorelin signals the pituitary gland to produce more of your own natural growth hormone. So you’re not replacing the hormone. You’re encouraging your body to produce what it should already be producing. Another reason these peptides are so powerful and effective. I just launched a brand new newsletter all around how the world’s highest performers are utilizing peptides to optimize everything from their bodies to their cognitive function. Sign up free below:

We’re launching a world-class Telehealth business. One of our biggest advantages is that we have a very, very large owned audience already. Through social media following, email, and our current businesses, we’ve built trust over the years. We've got close to a million people already that look at us… and trust us. That means we don’t start at zero. We start with an early customer base, early customer data, and real momentum and traction coming out of the gate. Distribution is the moat.

Most people treat sleep like an afterthought, but tools like Sleep Cycle show just how measurable and optimizable it really is. When you wake up in the right sleep phase, your entire day changes.

People talk about obesity like it’s only a medical issue. But the real cost shows up everywhere else first… When your body feels heavy, your life feels heavy, work output drops, sleep gets worse, and relationships get strained. It’s a ripple effect: poor health leads to poor energy, mood, then poor decisions. Fix the root and performance follows.

This is why GLP-1s became a turning point: It’s the first time we’ve had tools that can create massive change without wrecking people (if done properly). The mistake is treating them like a shortcut. But the opportunity is using them with correct dosing and real support so that you get huge results.

Net worth is just a snapshot. Cash flow is reality. You can be “worth” hundreds of millions on paper and still not have lifestyle flexibility.

Most telehealth offers feel like here’s your prescription… good luck. But good outcomes come from the protocol, not only the product. That means pairing medication with coaching, nutrition support, training, and structured guidance. People don’t need access, but a system that changes behavior over time. That’s what my partner and I are building at Kora MD.

Synthetic HGH might promise tighter skin and lean muscle, but it’s expensive and completely external. What if there was a way to signal your body to produce more of its own naturally?

Entrepreneurship isn’t a personality type. It can be learned like any skill set. People talk about “having the gene,” but what actually matters is coordination: problem-solving, decision-making, and understanding how value is created in a market. Most technical professionals already have the hard parts. What they lack is exposure. Treat entrepreneurship as a discipline, and it becomes learnable, repeatable, and scalable.

Friendly Reminder: Not every wellness trend deserves your attention. The fitness world sells breakthroughs every year and most don’t meaningfully improve performance. For runners, durability beats most things. Functional strength, balance, joint control, these reduce injury and improve longevity. Flashy tech often adds confusion and distracts you from the basics. One thing I’ve heard that I like… “the older the problem, the older the solution.” Fundamentals will remain forever, and it’s what’s required for actual high performance.
