The Mayor of Bangor, Northern Ireland, Gillian McCollum, kindly welcomed Deputy Head of Mission Katharina Rauscher to explore the history of the twin towns of Bangor and Bregenz in Austria. Katharina was delighted to visit Bregenz House, the HQ of the local Coast Guard!

Ambassador Bernhard Wrabetz and Trade Commissioner Michael Müller accompanied a delegation from Upper Austria’s regional government, OÖ Nachrichten and Volksbank Oberösterreich to Manchester. Honoured to be welcomed by Mayor Andy Burnham and meet Honorary Consul Harald Löffler!

Last week, Ambassador Bernhard Wrabetz awarded Dr. Andreas Lintl with the Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the Republic of Austria.   Dr. Lintl has been our trusted legal counsel since 1995. We thank Dr. Lintl for his dedicated work and continued support.
