Auterion and Airlogix Establish Joint Venture to Scale Unmanned System Production During the Munich Security Conference, @auterion (Germany) and Airlogix (Ukraine) announced the launch of Auterion Airlogix Joint Venture GmbH. The joint venture aims to manufacture AI-guided unmanned aerial systems for Ukraine and NATO allies. It represents one of the largest European initiatives to expand unmanned system production in support of Ukraine. The partnership combines Airlogix’s combat-proven platforms and battlefield expertise with Auterion’s autonomous software stack — including AI guidance, autonomous navigation, and electronic warfare resilience — alongside German industrial manufacturing capacity. Ukraine has already requested thousands of unmanned systems for the Armed Forces of Ukraine under a long-term cooperation framework with the German Federal Ministry of Defence. Initial deliveries are planned for 2026.

Today in Munich, Germany. An important day, and there will be new steps toward our shared security – that of Ukraine and Europe. On the agenda is the first joint Ukrainian-German drone production enterprise, as well as bilateral and multilateral meetings with partners. We need more of our joint production, more of our resilience, more coordination and effectiveness of our shared security architecture in Europe. The most significant thing we can achieve together is ending the war with a dignified peace and creating reliable security guarantees for Ukraine and for all of Europe – so that no one in Europe is afraid of being left without protection.
