@JustEatUK made a big food order for a group of 7 . App said estimated delivery time 1 hour. 1hour 30 mins later, sorry we trying to locate a driver. 2 hours later, sorry order cancelled. We ended up driving to the restaurant to collect the food ourselves.

@JustEatUK ordered KFC at 7pm Friday & food didn't arrive until 10.20pm, was stale & one of the items was wrong. Told support & they (probably a bot) said they looked into it & wouldn't offer any refund or compensation, completely unacceptable. Looking to take this higher
