@yacitus Hi, the adapter ID is the your Adapter PIN (we have changed this on the rebate form to make it less confusing) and you can find your adapter PIN on the adapter itself when unplugged. Thanks!

Just got email from @automatic urging me to upgrade to a product I already own. They even say in the email they know I own it. Maybe a new generation of the same product? I can't tell. No explanation given, no stated benefits to "upgrading". They "miss me" though 🤮
