Lamento mas isto não pode ser uma coisa qualquer! Há algo que tenho a dizer acerca disto. Porque me assusta a ligeireza com que partidos e comentadores estão a analisar a contradição insanável entre estas declarações. Como se fosse "mais do mesmo". Com isso arrastando para a lama a credibilidade dos agentes políticos e o valor da sua palavra. André Ventura fez as afirmações graves que sabemos na entrevista à CNN. Que o Primeiro-Ministro negou imediata e perentoriamente! Como se permite André Ventura continuar a injuriar o PM imputando-lhe atos que foram já inequivocamente desmentidos? Como pode a comunicação social achar normal continuar a afirmar-se o que foi negado e deixar isto passar como se nada se tivesse passado? Por que razão goza AV de uma margem de tolerância para a mentira, para a incoerência, para o engano, que não é permitida nem a 1% a qualquer outro agente político? Na educação dos meus filhos faço como fizeram comigo. Tolero tudo, menos a mentira. Se há tema que não admito é quando dois filhos/as meus/minhas afirmam ter sido o outro/a. Não saio do assunto até um reconhecer. Porque a mentira nunca pode ser incorporada como uma saída possível. Porque não pode ser. Quando uma sociedade convive com a mentira de modo compreensível ou desculpabilizante, a sociedade está doente. Quando os cidadãos consideram poder a mentira fazer parte do jogo político, não nos podemos admirar dos índices de afastamento e rejeição dos cidadãos face à política.
