Hard day: Acceleration Sprints, Sleds, Plyometrics, Max Velocity Sprints, Olympic Lifts(heavy reps).
Active Recovery day: Strides, Bands, Abs, Foam roll/Stretch.
Easy day: Longer warm up(Form drills..Sprint drills), Med ball circuit.
