Update: Eric Zafra Grosso - charged with assaulting a Rabbi on his way to synagogue while shouting "F*ck Jews" - failed to appear in court on Monday. The Queens DA requested $40,000 bail, but the Judge denied it and released him under supervised release. He has now skipped court, and a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.
