Nothing diminishes hope faster than focusing on things you can’t control. The key is focusing on things that you and your teammates can directly influence...like effective instruction, assessment, intervention, and extension.

@robertkaplinsky My district, especially, site have a strong PLC. We've looked at our essential standards and are working from there to see what a viable and guaranteed online curriculum looks like within each of our teams.

Are schools having conversations about how we will only be able to cover about 1/3 to 1/5 as much content online as we might in person (and proactively addressing it)? If everything takes 3 to 5 times as much time to teach online, then this is something we need to talk about.
