@0rtaa @canplx429 I personally didn't like 13 and didn't do part 2 and 3. I didn't like the story, gameplay and controls. It was a beautiful game with nice music but that was it. When I read they changed it to make it westernized it upset me because FF is NOT supposed to be western it's Japanese

@0rtaa @canplx429 I actually liked X-2 more than 10 and I even got the 100% on it which took like 200+ hours on my second attempt using new game+ with a guide and I didn't move and looked where I needed to move to next so I didn't miss those 0.5% ones haha

@0rtaa @canplx429 What are your top 5? Mine are 6 7og (for it's time it was groundbreaking and that is why it had impact for who played it back then) 12 9 4 Honorable mention is World of Final Fantasy (since it's a spiritual spinoff and not a main game type of thing but amazingly done)

@canplx429 No it’s just that’s my personal opinion. All three of them alone are better and I’ll even throw in 9. I love og7 but it’s just not rlly a top 5 ff game too me. Top 10 sure.

@0rtaa @__Yurt Don't forget the materia system was a updated version that came from 6 and their system. Also limit break system was an idea from 6 that 8 ruined (one of my least liked ff games) haha

@rio_ser03 The pocket dimension irked me with a random black hole 🕳 as background art and strange pixelated lava with no explanation especially while holding a baby. I'm like come on are you even trying? Then another black hole appears on earth just long enough for the bad guy haha

@capitalolvidada @Yclan I think 12 was the last great FF game as mentioned in my post. 13 was the first of their western attempt and it was gorgeous and fun music but the gameplay, controls and story i thought was terrible. I loved world of FF and was highly underrated and forgotten.

FF12 fue un portento gráfico que puso contra las cuerdas a la consola y el único 40/40 de la saga principal en Famitsu, la saga XIII ha tenido una dirección artística que posiblemente no vayamos a volver a ver en la saga, el XIV el MMO más importante de la década... Yo creo que FF siempre ha sido un referente en cuanto a calidad, y es algo que se sigue buscando a día de hoy, especialmente con la saga principal.

@capitalolvidada @squareenix_jp has lost their mojo. @FinalFantasy Hasn't been great since 12 and World of Final Fantasy. FF13 was terrible, FF15 was only ok, and FF16 was by far the worst one. The M rated was unnecessary, gameplay was awful, story was horrendous with a dumb ending.
