@AVerMediaAssist so the card keeps freezing unfortunately the problem is not fixed. Any other possible solutions? (haven't got a reply from support the last few days either).

@EsteInklingYT @AVerMediaAssist May we know which model of the product you are using? we have product GC553 and GC311 which are support the RECentral express work on MAC so far, if you are using the RECentral express now and encounter the freezes problem, we would provide the newest version for you to test, EW

@AVerMediaGaming ya he podido descargarme el programa Rec Central, el problema es que no me reconoce la capturadora y s eme queda con la luz parpadeando en azul, abro el programa y me dice que no ha detectado el dispositivo :S , e reinstalado el programa y reiniciado pero nada sigie igual, Help!

señores de @AVerMediaGaming que pasa con su web ? necesito el programa Reccentrar para mi capturadora y su web esta vacia no hay ningun enlace a descarga ni tampoco informacion, me urge el controlador para poder grabar y subir videos, gracias

@AVerMediaGZ @AVerMediaAssist Hi EW, My husband and I managed to get it to work. Looks like a unsafe signal/ resolution got sent through to the capture card and sent it into a coma. Leaving it off and then sending a new signal through woke it back up :) Thanks for getting back to me :)

Was hoping to go live with Jrt set Radio. However, my capture card has decided it can't see the source yet the TV can. Any suggestions @AVerMediaAssist. It's never done this before.

@TwistyShape @AVerMediaAssist Done that, change the hdmi cables for brand new ones, tried it on a console I know has worked before. :( I'm wondering if something has got pressed when I moved it upstairs.
