We talked about his journey as a head coach, from Troy to Tulane to now leading one of the biggest brands in college football at Florida.
We also talked about why he chose the Gators, the culture he’s trying to build and why empowering players is at the center of everything he does.
Sumrall opened up about recruiting in the modern era, navigating the transfer portal and NIL, and what it’s going to take to win at Florida moving forward.
