@avexcel You could test HDMI cables without a tester if you have a UHD source that can output <insert max bitrate tested>, a TV that can display said bitrate and indicate that, and a video clip that you know is at that bitrate.

@avexcel Got any tips for solutions to connect a bunch of old consoles to my HDTV? Many of the simple RCA or HDMI splitters appear to be low quality and fail too easily. I hope I don’t have to go the full-AVR route.

@robertheron @avexcel Look I wish I had fly Heron to Charlottesville to calibrate my TV money, but I’m usually a let me get the best TCL and biggest size for my money guy. 😂 Of course I moved my 65 2018 6 series to my bedroom. 🫣 However I would love professional calibration on the LG.
