The groups up there that have been grinding it out for years deserve the credit for where their scene is at today - pretty much every team has Ultras now and the scene is going from strength to strength. Keeping the UK scene alive whilst England becomes more and more Americanized

@avfc_ftbl @WhatTheForkAVFC @turner295 Actually you can, if it affects your ability to get to the ball then its a foul, just because you avoid it doesn't change that. Rogers had it against Man U, avoided proper contact but stumbled because of it, didn't go down but the ref still gave the free kick.

@wooody120 @WhatTheForkAVFC @turner295 If the contact is there, it's a pen. There wasn't enough, so it wasn't given - partly because he jumped out of the way. You can't claim a penalty by saying "well if I hadn't moved, I'd have been taken out"
