Let’s be realistic and take off bias. If the both team are equal in points and goal difference and also Arsenal has been in the first position much more longer. Why did they eventually moved them to the second position when they could have still retained them in the first position?

Why does the Premier League always seem to give Man City a game in hand in the final five matches? We saw it vs Leicester in 2019, Crystal Palace in 2022, Tottenham in 2024, and now again vs Burnley and Palace. Last season, when they weren’t in the title race, they didn’t have a game in hand. It only seems to happen when they’re competing for the title. 115 cheaters for a reason?
