A video titled "The Real Story Of My Life" recently went viral. Anurag Dobhal (UK07 Rider, 7.8M subscribers) calls it his "last vlog" claiming mental harassment, family conflict, and a crisis.
But the VIDEO itself tells a VERY different story.
In his own video (Timestamp 1:05), there's a recording where he tells his wife to CREATE DRAMA and make FALSE DOWRY ACCUSATIONS to threaten his parents. That's manipulation. Period.
Also in the same video, multiple times he can be seen literally harassing his own parents (One example included here at Timestamp 00:04), he's SHOUTING at his mother saying "you are fighting with me." His own behavior proves the harassment.
The law is clear: Even if the Dehradun house is ancestral property in his grandfather's name, yes, he has a legal share by birth. But that does NOT give him the right to FORCE his way in. His remedy is partition in court plus legal possession. NOT harassment. NOT threats. NOT manipulation of his wife to create false accusations.
He's fought a lost battle from the word go. And he's still fighting it by sharing all of this on social media. It'll get him validation. It won't get him the solution. All of his recordings, he's looked the aggressor instead of victim which is what he thinks he is. That's a dangerous delusion that he's suffering from.
And the worst part? He keeps saying "I haven't done anything wrong." But his OWN VIDEO proves otherwise. Manipulation. Harassment. False accusations. All on his own recording.
YES, his parents were rigid about inter-caste marriage. YES, they lack empathy. THAT'S REAL. But that doesn't excuse his actions. And his actions don't erase their lack of empathy. BOTH things are true.
The real problem: HE HAS ZERO SELF-AWARENESS. He genuinely thinks he's the victim. That's not depression. That's emotional dysregulation and delusion.
BUT Depression IS REAL and DANGEROUS. It's a medical issue. Emotional dysregulation is a CHARACTER issue. They're not mutually exclusive. He's likely dealing with both. Depression plus delusion is a DEADLY COMBINATION.
He's not reflecting. He's justifying. He's blaming. He's creating drama. That's spiraling, not healing. And spiraling with depression? That can end badly.
And watch what comes next: His wife Ritika already left him. His brother Kalam is speaking out and started sharing facts and the other side as well. His parents are standing firm. When they share their side, the full picture will be even clearer. Sometimes the person telling the "last vlog" isn't telling the whole truth.
But here's the hope: He CAN fix this. He can win his family back. His Bro Sena back. But it HAS to START with self-awareness AND professional help. Not alone. Not on social media. Real therapy. Real counseling. Real spiritual work. With people who can actually help.
The wiring that made him think manipulation is okay? That didn't form overnight. It came from childhood trauma (brain tumor, financial struggle, identity crisis, parental pressure). That wiring CAN change. But it takes PROLONGED, deep work.
If you're watching this and you see yourself the patterns, the justifications, the rage when you don't get your way know this: you're not broken beyond repair. Your wiring can change. But it takes real help. And the humility to admit "I did things wrong."
